All thats happened to get me this far... About me

My name is Ryan Johnson. I wanted to let you know a little about me. I currently reside in Southeastern Louisiana. I am the Superintendent of a Marine Shipyard, located just south of New Orleans.

I was born and raised in western Kentucky, which is a beautiful country place. I went through school, played sports, and learned my proffession there.

A few years ago, my father and I decided to move to Southeastern Louisiana, because there is so much work to be done here. It was probably the best move we had ever made.

What I didn't realize, coming to Louisiana, is that there is alot more to do than just work. There is something for everyone, no matter what your interest might be.

This is the reason that I am building this website. I want to let as many people know as possible that even after all of the hype about the 2005 Hurricane Katrina, that devastated many homes and people, that the city is rebuilding and there are many things outside the city that are still going strong. The city is rebuilding quite nice. There are many things to do in the infamous "French Quarter."

I will continue to build this site and inform tourists, and even residents of the things that can be done, around the Louisiana Coast. Want to know more about me? ask me a question.
